EN: We collect the minimum data necessary for the bot to function (commands, settings, IDs). We do not sell or share data to third parties. You can request deletion at any time.

1) Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập / Data we collect

Identifiers: User ID, Username, Guild/Channel/Role IDs.
Message content (limited): Only messages directed to the bot (prefix, mention, DM) for features like commands, AI replies, translation, and TTS.
Usage & settings: Server configuration, feature toggles, game participation, queues, and preferences.
Voice presence (non-audio): Knowing who is in a voice channel to respond/limit features properly. No raw voice audio is stored.

Thực thi lệnh âm nhạc, mini-game, dịch, TTS, và phản hồi AI. / Execute music, mini-games, translation, TTS, and AI replies.
Quản lý sự kiện/giveaway, cấu hình máy chủ. / Manage events/giveaways and server configuration.
Cải thiện độ ổn định và chống lạm dụng (log lỗi cơ bản). / Improve stability and prevent abuse (basic error logs).

3) Lưu trữ & thời hạn / Storage & retention

Optional persistence may use a database (e.g., MongoDB) to store server settings and queues. We retain data only while the bot is in your server or until you or the server owner request deletion. Logs rotate automatically and are not kept longer than necessary.

4) Chia sẻ dữ liệu / Data sharing

We do not sell user data. We may use infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, database) solely to operate the bot; they act as processors and do not use the data for their own purposes.

6) Bảo mật / Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (least-privilege access, token secrecy, network controls). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

7) Trẻ em / Children

Ziji Bot không được thiết kế cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi hoặc dưới độ tuổi tối thiểu được pháp luật địa phương quy định. Nếu bạn dưới độ tuổi này, vui lòng không sử dụng bot.
Ziji Bot is not designed for children under 13 years old or under the minimum age of digital consent in your country. If you are below this age, please do not use the bot.

8) AI & đào tạo mô hình / AI & model training

Message content is processed only to fulfill requests (commands, translation, TTS, AI replies) and is not used to train external machine-learning models.

9) Thay đổi / Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the bot after changes means you accept the revised policy.
